Coalition of Mgbowo Youths on Tuesday visited Hon. Pedro OKWUDỊLỊ NWANKWỌ, Eze Ome-ogo, in his office to thank him and His Excellency Gburus on the political appointments he and His Excellency gave to the indigenes of Mgbowo ward, to inform him of Coalition of Mgbowo Youths and their stand on the political happenings in Awgu LGA, Greater Awgu, Enugu West and Enugu State in general. In a continuous efforts to cushion the effects of the pandemic, the Governor of Enugu state, His Excellency Rt. Hon. Dr. Ifeanyi Ugwuanyi, shares palliatives to the physically challenged persons in  Awgu Local Government Area. It has not been easy touring round the hinterlands of Awgu LGA,  inspecting the neglected health centers, and by extension people's health in all the communities. It takes an exceptional leader to do so. Notable places like: •Mgbowo Health Center •Ekpulato Health Center •Ezerre Health Center and; •Nkwe Health Centers felt our impactful  inspection today. It is no longer business as usual. The tour has actually exposed the government and the communities to many things and roles the duo should be playing but fails to do so. The inspection tour to all the Health Centers in Awgu Local Gov't Council continues, as we visited the hinterlands of Nenwenta and Ugwueme. The Inspection team led by the Council Supervisor for Health, Hon. Nkiru Okafor, includes the HOD Health Awgu LG, Dr Chuka Eze, Cold Chain Officer Awgu LG, Mrs Clementina Egbo, Chief Elvis Chris (Ochubaluagu), among others. The effect of the "Health is Wealth" policy of Hon Pedro Okwudili Nwankwo (Eze ome ogo), the Executive Chairman of Awgu Local Government Area, will be felt in all the communities in the council by the grace of God. The inspection tour of the Community Healthealth Care centers in the council continues. This is in line with the vision of our amiable and indefatigable Chairman, Hon Pedro Okwudili Nwankwo (Eze ome ogo) to resuscitate the Health Care Delivery in the council. From our tour today, lots of discoveries were made. Hon Nkiru Okafor, the Council Supervisor for Health, who led the Inspection, communicated the aim of the tour to the health workers and the community representatives. The First Lady of Awgu Local government council, Mrs Uchenna Nwankwo, today warmly welcomed members of Ugo Touch Of Life Foundation, an NGO set up by the wife of the state Governor, Her excellency, Mrs Monica Ugwuanyi, on their visit to the council for Community/Individual awareness campaign on the containment of the dreaded Corona Virus. The Leader of the group, Miss Ezinne Ozoani stated that the increasing rate of cases of Covid-19 in the state necessitated the Community/Individual awareness campaign as as being spearheaded by the UNICEF.
