AWGU TRAGEDY: EZE OME OGO VISITS AND CONSOLES THE AFFECTED

 

The unfortunate incident that happened yesterday at Nkwo Junction, which claimed lives of school children and left many injured has attracted the sympathy of the people's Mayor, Hon Pedro Okwudili Nwankwo (Eze ome ogo) as he visited the scene of the accident, the families of the dead ones and the injured who are receiving treatment at UNTH Ituku/Ozara. 



The Mayor, who is pained of the occurrence, consoles the families,  promised to see what the council could do with regards to the treatment of the survivors at the hospital, to support the families of the deceased, and take necessary actions to forestall the reoccurrence of the incident.

The Council Chairman of Awgu LGA, Hon. Pedro Okwudili Nwankwo "Ezeomeogo"  and his retinue of aides paid Courtesy Visit to the former governor of Enugu State, His Excellency Sullivan Chime.   He was in company of his House of Assembly member representing him at the Enugu State House of Assembly, Hon. Anthony Nwankwo "Okwadike" who was accompanied by his PAs, his friend Hon. Paul Okereafor and other of his allies. This was immediately after the reception organised in honour of our dear Commissioners.
